The EY Kazakhstan employment law team brings to your attention a new and unique training format for members of the conciliation commission and HR specialists: individual employment disputes resolution workshop.

The purpose of the individual employment disputes resolution workshop is to study topical practical issues related to the settlement of individual employment disputes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Workshop participants will have a unique opportunity to take part in the review of individual employment disputes offered by our program based on real court cases.

The development of practical skills while gaining theoretical knowledge will help participants get specialized training to resolve individual employment disputes as members of the conciliation commission.

Workshop participation fee:

30,000 (thirty thousand) tenge per participant (excluding VAT);

Language of instruction: Russian;

For convenience, the dates of the workshop will be agreed with the participants

Additional information:

• The number of workshop participants is 15-20 people (members of the conciliation commission, employees of the HR department and in-house lawyers);
• It is possible to conduct an online and offline workshop (Almaty);
• Duration is 3 (three) academic hours.
